IN DA BUSH is a self-catering unit in the Bushveld, only 4km (dirt road) outside Nylstroom/Modimolle on a working farm that farms with grazing grass. It is the ideal destination for a quiet break-away. It is also well-equipped to serve as a refreshing overnight stop for the person on a business trip. At IN DA BUSH, you can expect peaceful bushveld surroundings, wide open sunsets, and starry nights. This is the ideal overnight accommodation for the nature lover.Modimolle is only 130km North of Pretoria. The farm is 4 km from town – just far enough out of town to experience the bushveld feel, but also near enough to town to drive in for a nice dinner or do shopping. The dirt road is maintained on a regular basis and is normally suited for any type of vehicle.

The Garden Unit

The neat guest unit borders the house, so owners are close by, if needed. The apartment has two private entrances … one opens to a lovely, roofed braai area (lapa) and garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster, kettle, 2-plate stove, microwave, cutlery, etc.) and dining area. Complimentary coffee, tea and rusks are provided once off with arrival.The large open plan room (49m² ) has a queen size bed, an extra single bed as well as a desk with light and power outlets for the businessperson. The spacious en-suite bathroom is furnished with a shower, basin, and toilet. Undercover parking is also available.The apartment overlooks a lovely garden with a fishpond, which attracts a wide variety of birdlife. Prominent trees are marked with name tags. Bushbabies, squirrels, duikers, and other small animals are often spotted. IN DA BUSH is the ideal getaway and overnight destination.

Lekker, rustige, stil, plaas-atmosfeer met 'n pragtige tuin vol voëls. Ons is voëlkykers en het dit baie geniet om op die stoep te sit en die voëls dop te hou. Die gastehuis is ruim, smaakvol en netjies. Dis gerieflik, ons het niks kort gekom nie. Ons het die middag lekker gebraai en later bietjie gaan stap op die plaas. Die eienaars is baie vriendelike en behulpsame mense.

Die gasvrou het ons gehelp met 'n vroeër inkloktyd. Die plekkie is lieflik ruim en toegerus met alles wat jy sou nodig kry vir oornagverblyf. Dis altyd lekker om 'n houer koue water en vars melk in die yskas te kry wanneer mens op 'n warm dag arriveer. Baie dankie!

Ons was in Modimolle vir 'n rugbytoer vir my seun. Die plekkie was aanvanklik vir twee mense bedoel. Maar ons het 'n plek nodig gehad vir drie mense. Ilse was baie gaaf en het spesiaal vir my tienerdogter 'n ekstra bed voorsien. Ilsa, julle diens was uitstekend en ons was baie beïndruk. Baie, baie dankie vir julle vriendelikheid, goeie diens en vir 'n pragtige plek. Ons sal dit beslis weer besoek as ons weer in die area is.

If you want a relaxing time away, or a quiet place from which to work, this is the place! Amazing hospitality, clean and spacious accommodation, and lots of outdoor space to just relax in the open. Very good Wi-Fi, desk space so it is also possible to stay while working.
